UNI-TY INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") shall use and strictly protect the personal information obtained from our customers based on the following policy.

1. Our Company shall comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Act"), as well as other related rules.

2. Our Company shall make clear its purpose When obtaining personal information, and shall properly obtain that information within the scope of its purpose.

3. Our Company shall take necessary measures and security control measures to prevent loss, leakage, alteration, etc of personal information and shall properly manage it.

4. Our Company shall properly use personal information within the scope of the purpose of obtaining it and shall not use it beyond the scope of that purpose, except in the cases allowed by Laws and Regulations. When Our Company provides trustees, etc, with personal information as needed, it shall require proper handling of it.

5. When requested to change or delete personal information, Our Company shall meet that request in a reasonable scope and time.

6. The Guidelines on Protection of Personal Information may be revised to implement proper measures.
